My only complaint is all senior citizen classes are early in the day. Many of us will be working for one reason or another

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

This YMCA has been my first experience with both working out postpartum and utilizing daycare for my children. It’s become a home away from home very quickly. Having a couple hours a day to focus on my fitness has been so beneficial for my postpartum mental health. I was on partial bedrest and had complications during pregnancy, so my goal in coming to the YMCA has been to have a place where I can focus on regaining my health and mobility. I’m at the beginning of my journey regaining my health, and glad to have the Y as a tool in my toolbox.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I have just joined but looking forward to many opportunities to get my body moving again as it is supposed to! Location is very clean and spacious. Elizabeth at the front desk is welcoming and so far has always had a smile on her face. I think t am going to really enjoy my membership.

I go to water aerobics 3 times a week enjoy it. Would recommend it to anyone that wants to
get exercise without hurting your muscles. The people there are very nice and easy to talk
to. So many forms of exercise there great place to go.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Don’t know much about all of the programming. However, I think the community kitchen classroom is state-of-the-art and amazing and should be used for youth cooking classes as often as possible. I was surprised & grateful to see it and didn’t know that it existed until last Saturday! 😊

I love the childcare! DeBre works the mornings when we go and I feel comfortable knowing she is there with them. My kids love going to see her and even ask for her in the mornings! We love the Y!
