What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I love the variety of classes. I do mostly yoga but have tried a few other classes. Instructors have always been kind and welcoming. I haven't used any other programs except the classes and the E-Gym.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

As a background, my dad was an original member when the Thornton YMCA opened back in the late 60's, and before it became the Tandy YMCA. My roots are pretty deep!

I started doing noon-hour workouts at the downtown Y when I worked downtown, starting back in 1980. When I changed jobs and 'went suburban', I switched to the Thornton Y, finding the convenience and facilities to be way above average. Even though I don't do programmed activities, just having the noon-hour to workout is the best stress reducer a guy could ask for.

So glad to be a Tandy YMCA lifer!!

I feel safe and secure coming here to exercise, the people are so friendly and courteous, and the staff are extremely helpful. I have already recommended Tandy to family members. This is the YMCA that surpasses expectations and keeps me coming back.
