What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The Egym at Tandy is a great full body workout! I have lost over ten pounds since starting in December! I love that I can set up a net and play pickleball in the gym now! My children play basketball with friends and I get to enjoy coffee and time with new friends I have made!

There is so much I love about my local YMCA. It is more than just a place for me to come work out. I do not know anyone, but I find myself giddy when I see all the people every morning that are regulars. It makes me feel like I belong.

Youth sports are my families favorites! We did swim lessons & there always seemed to be issues with the pool being closed.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I started 22 yrs. ago at the Downtown Y pool. I was rehabbing from a karate injury and back surgery - Water was my friend! When they closed Downtown, I changed to Thornton, and I love the New Tandy. Great variety of programs offered and I have done classes offered (except Cycling - not sure why?) From Water Aerobics, Yoga, Pilates, Lots of Dancing (Cardio, Latin, Tap, Zumba and Belly Dancing,) Boxing, Boot Camps, Strength Training. I've made many friends through the years with members and instructors.

Teachers are professional, kind and always open to questions to make sure your doing exercises correctly.

Clean and organized facility and equipment

The class provides guidance, space and safety which is very important for health and individual preferences.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The whole place is well organized and clean. I like the location. I have not taken any classes here but have used cardio equipment and the pool. I enjoy both.
