What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Utilize EGYM, stretching and flexibility station, small weight barbells and strengthening stations. We’ve used the pool a few times. Great workout in about an hour. Recommend anyone to go visit the Tandy YMCA.

I love the Tandy YMCA! The facility is beautiful, the staff is friendly and there are a variety of options for our whole family!

I swim laps several times a week at the YMCA and also take my grandkids swimming regularly. I love the facilities and kindness of the staff.

My husband and I attend Aqua Zumba on Tuesday and Thursday evenings with Brittany Swan. She is the best leader and keeps us all motivated and upbeat. The classes are normally large and vary in age. It is the best part of my week.

I enjoy the early morning spin class and lap swimming and every once in a while I do the weight machines. Nice variety of activities at a great price.
