I enjoy the facility! My daughter plays basketball and we have so much fun watching all of the kids competing!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The building is new and clean. Important in our covid related lives.
I go five days a week. The facilities and exercise programs wear me out, in a good way. I enjoy Aqua Jogger classes. And I keep trying new programs.
Staff I’ve talked to were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
Membership fees are competitive with the big hospital gyms in Tulsa.
I’m waiting on my Fitness Evaluation and review of my eating habits. With that knowledge, I can set and meet fitness goals.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I enjoy the swimming. And I really like that I can reserve a lane. I don't ever have to worry if there is an open swimming lane. I will resume yoga once the virus has been taken care of.

I love the pools! I especially use the lap lanes and therapy pool because I can exercise without a negative impact on my back, then have the warm relief in the therapy pool. Also love the sauna. Will be glad when it reopens.
