I haven't used the programs and activities, unfortunately - but the gym's setup is comprehensive for such a small space, and really well maintained. Staff is great as well.

Downtown Y is one of my favorite Y’s. Close to home and equipment available for me to use. Staff always nice and helpful. Julian is the best!!!

I loved the Strength Train Together Class, and I'm grateful that the class is offered at a location near me. As a member of the Educare Healthy Family Project, I love that we have access to the amazing facilities from the YMCA!

I enjoy the large hot tub, the sauna, the spacious locker room, variety of weights, open workout room/mirror room with great view and the service at the front desk

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I like the fact that the other guests are professionals that are getting there early to better their health. Everyone, there are courteous and the place is clean. The front staff does an excellent job watching over the place. He does a great job.
