I love YMCA fitness center! I go to the one downtown and the one located at TCC. Both are clean, organized and have friendly staff as well as modern equipment. I would 100% recommend it.

I love the hours that the YMCA is open. I manage to get in at 5am and finish lifting and cardio just as the city awakes. It is awesome.
It's a comfortable atmosphere where I always feel both welcomed and left alone to do my own thing. Most machines are readily available and in working order. It suits this old man just fine.

It is convenient and has everything I need. Jillian is awesome. He has good advice and is always willing to help. He keeps the place spotless and everything where it is supposed to be. Great place to workout!

I like the frequency and variety of group fitness classes. Denai is the best!
I like that the gym isn't super busy, even at peak hour. I don't feel crowded or rushed to get through a workout. The equipment is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful too! I also love that it's right down the block from the office so I don't have to go out of my way.
In-person group fitness classes. Please add back the Mon/Wed class at noon.

I don't really engage with any of the programs/activities.
I like that the facility is clean and that the staff members are friendly. I used the free weights 3-5 times a week. I like that, for a gym of its size, there are quite a few stations for various exercise forms, meeting the needs of serious lifting and maintenance driven workouts.
Always a friendly greeting and clean towels. There is still a lot of sickness out there, so I appreciate that there are virtual classes available with low to know attendance. I'd rather not be around other sweaty mouth breathers shedding God knows what. You know, I say this but then I did a strength class with Denai last week, so I guess I can do either. And I benefit from both. Cheers!

The early morning yoga and midday strength classes are ran by great people and matches or exceeds quality of classes at other gyms.
