What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I love going to the downtown location at 5:30 am; a great cup of coffee to get my heart pumping and about 20 minutes of stretching and light lifting is a great way to wake me up for the day! The guy at the front desk is friendly and knows us by name. It's just a fantastic environment in starting my day!

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere and a pleasant no nonsense little gym. It’s great for getting in and out.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Haven't started yet, but looking forward to the swimming lessons classes!! We love the pools. Yoga and Tai Chi are my personal favorite.

I love my YMCA downtown location! The staff is always friendly, the amenities are fantastic, and you can't beat free coffee on a frosty morning.
