I like the equipment and the room upstairs so we can workout with plenty of space.
I love Bryce at the front desk. He was so helpful and walked me straight to the meeting int he community room that I needed to go to. If not for him I would have wandered around lost for extra time.
I use the gym in the mornings. It's a friendly place and I feel at home to be myself. I like the downtown location, close to home and work.
I like the setup of the gym. The front desk staff are always super nice, especially Connor in the mornings

I have always liked the convenience of the Downtown Y. I did miss the in-person classes that ended with COVID. For many years, I had a set of gym friends with whom I did classes so I missed seeing them.
Downtown Y needs a Cycle class in the evening
The amazing opportunity the YMCA offers is more than one facility, more than one class, more than one pool, more opportunities for everyone in the family, If traveling to a different city i can join the classes or gym workout under my current membership. There is something for everyone!

Good morning, I wanted to bring some concerns to your attention regarding the downtown YMCA location. The maintenance and overall conditions have been getting worse for quite some time, and honestly, it has become unacceptable in many areas.
The dislocation cleaning has been terrible, especially in the bathrooms. There are also lighting issues throughout the building, with many lights hanging, damaged, or completely missing in several areas. In addition, the hot tub has been down for a long time without repair.
I believe these issues need immediate attention because they are affecting both the appearance of the facility and the experience and safety of the members. I wanted to make sure these concerns were properly communicated and documented.

I love the location, and I enjoyed zumba classes during the week. The difficulty level is just right. It's not too difficult to learn quickly, but it's not so easy that you fail to get a workout.
