I like the convenience of the Downtown Y, since I live downtown; parking on the street can be problematic at times, though. After I began returning to the Y, I started going to the north Tulsa location because of it's size, thinking it might be safer. But it's also MUCH noisier (loud music in the aerobics/dance space. Lately, I've tried the downtown Y on a couple of occasions and it hasn't been crowded, plus the treadmills are spaced better, so it feels like a better place to workout now.

Clean well maintained equipment
Working out at the Downtown Y, I feel like I have a new network of friends. It’s an immaculate space. Perfect size. Even when busy you can get the work done. People have incredible gym etiquette here. Staff is top notch and say hi by name every time I walk in. Everyone is an encourager and you always feel welcome. The diversity of people here is great. All ages. All skin colors. All walks of life. I owe so much of my new found better health to the Y and you will love this great place.

I really enjoy your hours of operation. Anytime I get downtime, I can ease right in there and get what I need to be done. Your staff is incredibly helpful and attentive and the facilities are clean.
