location, generally a fairly friendly group. don't participate in classes as they don't meet my needs. Julian keeps it all running well, greets and knows everyone by name. Always on time.

The downtown Y is a very welcoming place to workout. I always feel comfortable and safe working out here. Any questions or complaints I’ve had in my time at this gym have been promptly addressed and in a way that I feel satisfied with. The great location and hours make it a pretty undefeated downtown gym!
