really like the classes that are offered.
good equipment, although could use 2 sets of lighter weights on main floor (5, 7.5, 10, 12.5)
have taken 1 mrx4 course and enjoyed it; hope it will continue to be varied in exercises
Enjoy the evening Staff. It's a delight to come in and workout.I like the equipment as well not crazy about the two squat racks condensing the free weight area.Could use more room for the free weights.
Lunch time yoga and foam rolling classes
I've never done a class, so I don't know much about them other than they seem to cover a wide range of activities and times. Because of the location, I often recommend the Y over places like Orange Theory that are generally more expensive.
I enjoy the free weights and the treadmills, especially as the temperature drops. I recently discovered the second floor and it was a nice, quiet change from the noisy, energetic first floor.

The facilities are very clean and well maintained!
The 6am boot camp class is AWESOME! Coach T is so motivating and encouraging. Great atmosphere and wonderful folks working out and cheering each other on.

The classes are not over crowded and the instructors make it a point to meet you.
I like the classes and the location. Julian and other front desk folks are nice.
