Great variety of group fitness classes. I tried yoga but too low key for me. Boot Camp suits me fine!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I supported a spin class to support my SPIN Instructor Kitty. The cycles at this location are incredible. Our cycles at Hutcherson are obsolete in comparison. I am interested to learn why the community must in need with a very active spin class has some of the OLDEST cycles.

The staff are very friendly and the facilities are in great shape...everything you need to have a great workout is there. It is a great place to spend an hour over lunch working out.

It's a super convenient running distance from my house. And, in the mornings Julian is always there to greet the regulars on a first-name basis.

I like the variety of classes and class schedules. I like that the Y has added specialized classes (Sprint 8, Defend Together, MX4) to the schedule.

I love that I can walk to your downtown location during the work day. The lunchtime classes are the best way to get a quick workout in! Jenifer has built such a great community in her Step classes, I joined her 2 years ago this month :)

I like the classes and the new equipment to workout on! The staff is very helpful and it’s open early to go before work.
