I love the programs offered at the downtown Y. The staff there always makes everyone feel welcomed and inspired to get fit. I have recommended several coworkers to join as well.

I love the sauna, classes, and the people at the Downtown Y. I'd like to see just a few less treadmills and more actual weight machines.

There are several to choose from and at varying times. The trainers are very uplifting.

I personally use an individual trainer and really have noticed a difference in my increased strength and stamina. I haven't been able to try any of the classes because the times they are offered doesn't work with my schedule.

Diverse classes, excellent equipment, great location, and helpful staff. We love working with our trainer, Lonnie, on weights to ensure proper form and progress.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I’d love for some of the treadmills and the bike to have the virtual components of those at Tandy - especially the virtual trail running that several treadmills have available. Those make longer distances far more enjoyable, and bring a bit of nature into it.
