good classes for all levels of fitness. the equipment and machines are nice and also good for any level of fitness

I love the downtown Y. However, at times, I wish they had more machines like they do at Tandy, and less treadmills, which are often left unused.

The variety of exercise machines, the sauna and pool, and the overall cleanliness of the entire facility are the features I most appreciate. I have not been a member long enough to really know and understand all the programs and activities you offer.

Calm relaxed atmosphere. It has a real "community" feel to it.

Facility is clean, staff are friendly and the coffee is a nice touch!

The sauna, it’s clean and the staff is friendly. Easy for me to get in and out in the morning.

This facility has the best personnel at the front desk in the evenings when I come in and the equipment is in perfect condition. Always enjoy coming to this location!!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The staff and members are courteous. The people who work-out at the downtown Y are professionals who are aware that times is limited for most patrons. Therefore, members do not linger on equipment or stand around talking on equipment. I enjoy my experiences at this location.
