The staff are friendly and helpful, the classes have fun instructors, and all the people that use the gym are courteous. Overall a fun place to be!

Wide variety of options for classes, times and locations. Cardio and weight rooms are very nice.

The sauna, it’s clean and the staff is friendly. Easy for me to get in and out in the morning.

This facility has the best personnel at the front desk in the evenings when I come in and the equipment is in perfect condition. Always enjoy coming to this location!!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The staff and members are courteous. The people who work-out at the downtown Y are professionals who are aware that times is limited for most patrons. Therefore, members do not linger on equipment or stand around talking on equipment. I enjoy my experiences at this location.

I love the programs offered at the downtown Y. The staff there always makes everyone feel welcomed and inspired to get fit. I have recommended several coworkers to join as well.
