It is the best Y
I love having access to the sauna after a cardio class or yoga or just a workout. The locker rooms are clean and very convenient if I come in for a lunch time workout.
I love that the downtown Y has something for everyone and to fit all schedules.

Close proximity to everything I need to have a successful session. Amazing care by the team working. I haven't used the programs and activities but what I have done is enjoyed my experience lifting without concern for safety and cleanliness.

The downtown Y is a small gym, but conveniently located downtown and it offers just about everything you could need. Plenty of free weights both upstairs and down and two brand new huge squat racks. Plus all your weight equipment and cardio machines. I always feel comfortable here, and the staff is friendly and helpful!
