I really enjoy the mid-day classes taught by Jennifer. I have been working out with many of the same group of people since shortly after the location moved to this facility and really enjoy it. I even drive in now from 57th and Lewis since I no longer office downtown. I understand the Y has decided to purchase and implement choreographed step routines. I sure hope you will let her deviate from this. She does such a good job helping many of us target certain areas of concern when she observes injury, weakness, etc. and let's us have input on routines, which is really fantastic. Would hate to lose that by going to some canned routine.
Also enjoy Julian, Steve and others at the main desk.
Would be good to consistently have face towels available. The locker rooms could use a refresh.
If you live or work downtown it is very convenient. Great fitness classes with excellent coaches. Appreciate Julien and all the friendly staff.

Enjoy the evening Staff. It's a delight to come in and workout.I like the equipment as well not crazy about the two squat racks condensing the free weight area.Could use more room for the free weights.
Lunch time yoga and foam rolling classes
I've never done a class, so I don't know much about them other than they seem to cover a wide range of activities and times. Because of the location, I often recommend the Y over places like Orange Theory that are generally more expensive.
I enjoy the free weights and the treadmills, especially as the temperature drops. I recently discovered the second floor and it was a nice, quiet change from the noisy, energetic first floor.

The 6am boot camp class is AWESOME! Coach T is so motivating and encouraging. Great atmosphere and wonderful folks working out and cheering each other on.
