You provide a tank monitor and allow a fill of 150 gallons, minimum. It is important to me to be able to keep my tank filled since I use it for my generator and it keeps my electrically-heated home from freezing while we snowbird. I do NOT want to have to wait until my tank is down to 30% because if there is foul weather, you may not be able to fill it.
