Two things I needed and was available from Kamps, I wanted a 500 gallon tank netting in 400 gallons of propane and I wanted to be on will call so that I would be able to purchase a full tank annually at a better monthly/seasonal pricing.

John the delivery man went beyond what other delivery person would do.1. Called to verify address , found an address close to ours . I talked to John and notify. He was in the right place just a little ways further up the hill pass that address sign John located my address and my tank filled it and called me and told me he had finished and that the invoice was on the door knob or I can get it online which I did. Thanks to John and the Person. I don’t remember her name that took the order and got it done in a timely manner. Thank you.

Superior Plus / Central Coast Propane has been my supplier for the last ten years. We purchased our own 500 gal tank when we moved here so we would have the option to switch propane suppliers if we wanted to in the future.
We chose (what is now) Superior Plus because they didn't dance around on pricing like the other propane suppliers we checked with. The other guys wouldn't give a straight answer past "it depends." I recently checked again on local pricing and Superior again had the best price, so I ordered our annual fill-up.
Lo and behold, one day after the delivery I received an email from Superior offering a special summer discount on propane - at about half price! I called to protest about the timing and the nice lady at Superior agreed with me. She needed to check with her supervisor but everything was eventually approved - my shipment was re-priced at the summer discount price. Fantastic!
I want to thank the nice folks at Central Coast / Superior Plus for great customer service over the years, and willingness to help out a long time customer. I highly recommend them.
Service was great, I called to say I was a little concerned that my gauge was at 30% for quite a while and within 2 days my tank was filled. All looks like the gauge was correct.

I love that they are local! The office is close to my home. The office staff is very helpful and friendly. The guys brought my new tank out and filled it on time. The prices are much more affordable than Amerigas.

The delivery driver always alerts me to his upcoming delivery, does his job without interfering with the household. He is always cheerful and will converse if invited to. That is the deliverer. For the product I like best that I can cook and bake, as well as have hot water for showering. Without the propane it would be dirty and without hot food at this house.

Kamps is a fantastic company. They always show up and keeps our propane flowing. The only thing wrong is that they no longer have people sending out our weekly status updates on the amount of propane we have left.
I feel like they are honest, very clear about their services and prices. I could understand what they were saying.
The tech who delivers my propane is very knowlegeable. He answers all my questions so that I can understand. He is also very cordial. I think you should give him a raise!
