So far, my tanks are filled on a timely basis. My only complaint is that the cost per gallon in extremely expensive especially for a senior on a fixed income.
All automatic...they check the propane level, they schedule the fill, and then the y charge my card. I never have to think about it and never run out of propane. And the office staff are friendly and helpful when I call with questions!
