We have had this service since 2007. Never had any problems, deliver on time and usually has the best rates for Propane.
The customer service ladies. They took their time to explain how to make propane affordable for me, and walked through the steps to make it happen.
Your payment plan. Being disabled and elderly, propane has been the biggest stress in my attempt to be self-sufficient. Your payment plan allows me to achieve that and has taken a major stress off my shoulders.
The delivery. The speed and quietness of the delivery was unexpected. I woke up to a full tank, and I am always awake before 7 a.m..

I was so happy to get my tank filled this year with no problem. I was worried after having a hard time last year and the tank was so low I was only running my furnace a few hours each day.

Edward, the driver was very courteous and patient with the unfortunate situation with the truck
getting stuck in a soft soil. I had directed him to the location. there was no apparent wetness on the surface. Edward had to wait for two trucks, one to lighten his load and another tow. I am sorry for the added expense your company incurred.

Five years since I bought my property and Kamps Propane has been very supportive in providing excellent service. Peace of mind, I don't have to worry about propane supply. They are transparent, billing accuracy and fair with their cost of propane.
