Lisa in customer relations was the best thing that happened to me the day I called with an emergency. Amber who began the call was nothing but rude, uncooperative and just plain unprofessional. I am taking care of my father’s estate in which I am trying to sell the house in Ohio, I live in Indiana and had just returned with an empty propane tank. No heat and it was 38 degrees in the house. After letting Amber know I had an emergency and my tank was completely empty, she still told me it would be “a couple of days” before I could get a delivery. I asked for a supervisor and was put on hold. She never came back but put me back in the queue.
I was on hold for over an hour. Lisa answered the phone and was amazing. She took care of everything and within 2 hours the truck came to fill up the tank. Lisa is a huge credit to your company. I have never dealt with propane in my life so I did not know what had happened but Lisa took charge and called me back to let

We had just received our first real snow fall the day the driver showed up. I have a steep driveway, that presents a challenge when it snows. This day, the driver had to make multiple attempts to get up my driveway. I'm VERY appreciative of his attempts. After 7-8 tries he finally made it and filled my tank. He proceeded to tell me that I was under 10% - so, I'm also very grateful. He told me he was helping out - to get deliveries caught up. You are very lucky to have drivers like him!

We moved into our new home new years weekend 1990. Unfortunately we ran out of propane and it was really cold. This was our first experience with propane. I called around and couldn't find anyone open - finally talked to one place and found out we had to use the company that owned the tank. Before too long I got a call back from Kamps, don't remember the owner's? name. A short time later we had a full tank and a warm house. Have always really appreciated his coming out on a holiday and filling our tank!
