I am a Propane customer.
I absolutely appreciate the automatic monitoring of my tank levels by Superior/Kamps and that the refill truck is dispatched in a timely manner so my propane tank is always filled as needed.
I like that I can access my account online and view info regarding account history, payments, deliveries, etc.
I had a very nice encounter with delivery driver Steve on one of my delivery days a few years ago. He took the time to explain a few things to me and I appreciated the great customer service he provided.
Good price and the not having to pay a rental fee.

6 years ago when I came to Concho I knew nothing about home propane and I had no idea who to call and I called a competitor who was extremely rude wasn't interested in checking for leaks and I thought their price was outrageous so I called High Country propane and they immediately sent someone out to check for leaks which they found they replaced the line and have treated me extremely well all the years and I am extremely grateful for their professionalism.

The convenience of ordering through the app is nice and very user friendly. I have always been impressed with the quick response and delivery of my propane orders. From placing the order to the propane being delivered has always been within 2 to 3 days.
Very helpful and willing to work with me to get my account set and propane delivered promptly , drivers go out of their way to get propane delivered even in the deepest snow and worst road conditions, my wife and I are both disabled and last year a driver faught through the worst conditions to get propane in the tank so we didn’t freeze, my wife is partially paralyzed and I wouldn’t have been able to move her if we ran out and the driver had a very tough time getting up our steep driveway in deep snow but he
