The delivery came earlier than was expecting, which is always a good thing! And Glen was great. I only wished he'd cap it off w/only 6 more gallons to get me over the 200 gallon requirement, so I'd qualify for the 10 cents discount, which I was counting on when I ordered it.

Easy Peezy. I’m on a meter that lets Kamp’s know when the propane is getting low. They come out and fill it and hang a bill on my front door knob. Also great to be on a monthly pay plan. As they’re able to average out what I use over the year and divide that by 12.
I don't know Superior. I am a long time customer of Mountain Flame. I began purchasing from Mountain Flame when it was owned by the Rinkers early on. I feel they treated me fairly. They were there for me. I just ordered propane from Superior. It did not go well. Communication was off. Pricing was not correct. I called Danny. Danny is a Mountain Flame guy. He took care of everything. I appreciate that. i hope you know what you have in team Mountain Flame.

When signing up for new service, the intake Mr explained about the tanks; very detailed explanation of plans and what would work best for my situation were easy to understand.
The installer was so polite and helpful showing me how things worked together. I’m impressed with the service I received throughout the whole process!

What I like is the professionalism of your employees. I believe the person my husband talked to about our problem was Cara (?) and was very helpful in making sure someone would be out quickly. Colton and Travis came out to inspect the problem we were having. They did what they could to fix the issue, then called and got us next-day service for a new tank, while setting us up with a temporary tank so we could still function in our home. Travis and John came out the following day to swap tanks and get us back up and running. Colton later came to give us the propane we needed. Each employee was polite and professional. We have been with this company for over 20 years.
I appreciate the automatic fill-ups without having to keep an eye on the fuel level in the tank myself. Being able to pre-buy the fuel I need for an entire year eliminates a lot of headaches and I never have to wonder whether or not we will make it through the winter. We have always had all the fuel we need and never had to worry about a late delivery.
