I appreciated the 400 gal propane tank being reset as it was leaning quite a bit. A previous visit to refill tank in april got postponed because the driver noticed the tank was tilting and wanted to get it leveled before filling the tank. Indeed the tank was leveled this past week and the tank was refilled the same day! I like the "proactive" approach by your employees as always. Thank you.

Have received propane for many years and have always received great service from delivery people . Any time i call the franklinville office the ladies our friendly and helpful and even have time to chat about other things .I really do appreciate the price lock program that i am offered each heating season . So i will say thank you 1` and all .
Very fast service! Robin was incredible and service technician Craig was absolutely awesome and loved to talk , the propane delivery guys Adam. Also did a super job and very knowledgeable!! Can’t wait to see these guys again... prices were too high but besides that two thumbs up 👍👍

You folks gave us excellent service. We had an issue that was a technical glitch with our tank gauge. We spoke to your office and the lady who answered the phone was well versed in our issue.
She promised a representative would be out the next day and they were there, great service. For us it is extremely important as we are Canadian and poor service could destroy our home in this extreme cold and the infrequency of our visits. This residence is our weekend retreat.
