Addie LOVES coming to Dogtopia. She has been coming for almost a year now and she has gotten so much better with other dogs. She is learning how to recognize signals that they do not want to play, which is it great. I drop her off right before work and I love that I do not have to worry about her throughout the day. We both love the staff and I know that my little nugget is being taken care of just the way I would. Thank you for supporting my little crazy babe :)

Great staff

We travel a bit with our dog and as a result have patronized about a half dozen different dog care facilities in different cities. First off, your staff is great-- friendly & efficient. You have a really nice facility, I'm satisfied that you screen your canine clientele for health and behavior issues, so we feel confident in safety. Your facility is observably clean. Your web-cams are nice -- sometimes it's comforting to be able to check in on your dog, especially if your dog is boarding while you're away. Most importantly, my dog loves it there, you can always tell how good a time she has by her response when she returns -- Ruby could hardly contain herself she was so happy. I would definitely feel comfortable boarding her at Dogtopia in So. Austin.

The team and services at Dogtopia are amazing. The check-in and reservation process is excellent and I love the ability to see my dog in action via the webcam. My dog has a great time with every visit including daycare sessions and when we leave him for boarding. The manager and staff are all extremely friendly and caring.

Day care

Everyone was so nice especially Blue’s coaches! I was nervous because my pup is blind but they made sure he had the best day. Will def be coming back, probably this week. Please thank the South Austin location - they’re doing a great job!!

My husband and I had to board one of our dogs last minute before heading out of town for the weekend and were a bit nervous to board him, especially given that this was his first time staying at a boarding facility and he hadn't played with a large group of dogs before. Fortunately, Dogtopia did such a wonderful and thorough evaluation to ensure our dog would be safe at their facility and matched him to the perfect size play group so he was able to acclimate better. We loved tuning into the webcam throughout the weekend and loved seeing him become more confident with the other dogs. Although Leo can't talk, the video said it all - he had a great time! We had him bathed at the end of the weekend so he was squeaky clean and ready for a nap after plenty of play time. This was an excellent facility through and through and I'm sure we'll be seeing more of Dogtopia in the near future!
