The girls that work there are so sweet and caring. You can tell they really love all the dogs they care for as if they were their own!
You share lots of pictures of the pups on social media and give them lots of love and snacks!
They have great staff who take care of my dog so well. The facility is clean and the staff treat pet parents with great respect!
Gertie loves going to Dogtopia! It really seems like the staff cares about the pups. I also love the themed play days and parties.
I like the ease of checking in and out, the fact that you know my dog as an individual, the knowledge that he has such a good (and tiring) time, and the little extras like pictures of him on social media.

I have a rescue dog that has separation anxiety and difficulty adjusting to new situations. The staff seems willing to help me work with these issues. I appreciate that I can leave her for short periods of time to see if she will gradually adjust and see this as a positive experience.
We really appreciate the webcam that allows us to check in on our dog Maggie while we are at work. And this week we paid for Maggie to get a bath, and were super happy with her fluffiness when she came back home. Thanks Dogtopia!
