Thrilled to have Murphy (Great Pyrenees) staying with Dogtopia South Austin over Fourth of July holiday. My poor boy suffers from terrible anxiety with fireworks, flashing lights and things that go "BOOM!" - we even have medication that was prescribed and have Amazon Echo play "meditation" music. Dogtopia solves it all!
Besides having the best staff around, I have now become addicted to watching the pups on their webcams - it's fascinating to watch your dog and see their personality come out when you're not around. Someone is always in the rooms (unless the dogs are resting in their crates) and watching/cleaning/tending. The whole set up is fascinating.

The staff was friendly, they gave me a tour of the facilities and my grand dog seemed happy when I picked him up. Will definitely use their services again.
Dogtopia has been absolutely amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and really make the dogs feel welcome in what can be a stressful environment.
My only request is maybe a second camera in the large room that shows the opposite side. My dog liked to lay in the blind spots all weekend and in doing so I could not see her during the weekend. Perhaps having an opposite angle camera may help.

Some coaches were more involved interacting with the dogs than others. Whether for comfort, play or interjecting rough play when necessary, the interactions that did happen were so much appreciated.
The customer service was a10+!!! The ladies that greeted and did the intake assessment were professional, friendly, caring, engaging and put me at ease about leaving my little dog. If you use them, you won’t be sorry! Great service!

My pupper is always super excited to go to Dogtopia, and drags me into the lobby as soon as we get out of the car. The staff is very friendly, nice facility, and I like I can watch my dog on camera while I'm at work. Plus, it's the only place I've found that is open until 7, which is a lifesaver with my job. So glad I found this place.
