They know my dog when she comes in. I can tell she is excited to be there. Love the cam where I can see her when I am missing her.

My dogs love going here but hate baths, but love going here. So it's a win-win when they come home nice, clean, and happy.

What do you like about our services?

We loved seeing Presley having fun and playing with other dogs on the livecam! (Watching Presley play was a highlight of our vacation! :)) We also really appreciated spotting a Dogtopia team member holding and hugging him; he sometimes has reverse sneezing episodes and I assume she was soothing him during one. Overall, we were very happy and will definitely be back!

My dog loves stopping by and is always exhausted by the time he gets home! Everyone is super friendly. I can't recommend this place enough to everyone who has a busy pup :)

The front desk staff are always very friendly and professional (especially Meg); the team is very responsive via email; the webcams are a delight to watch; the special events and photo ops are excellent and very appreciated; the staff's sensitivity to my dog's special needs is wonderful; the cleanliness of the facility is never an issue; keeping a card on file for payment is extremely convenient

Knox was active and happy every time we looked in on him. When we needed to board him for 6 days, it was great he had all that activity rather than being in a crate and walked a little twice a day. Of course he’s been exhausted since we got him home. 😊
