Everyone is so nice, accommodating and helpful.
Very responsive and flexible, able to get my puppy in short notice. Seem to have a consistent amount of dogs and the staff is good. I liked watching one staff blow bubbles, and would like to see more interaction to encourage more active play.
I love that the people are so friendly. My doggie feels very comfortable there.
However I am wondering when we can go back to regular hours for the weekends. It is really ridiculous to think that only three hours over the weekend works. I love bringing Chopin on weekends but find it hard to justify and I think it is time ! Because we love it there !!!
I love the convenience of Dogtopia and all the staff there have been super helpful and friendly when it comes to our pup Benjamin. He’s a total handful but they never bat an eyelid and are very welcoming.

I love the flexibility, if I only want to leave Babs for a few hours or the whole day, it works. I also appreciate that I am provided feedback about how Babs is adjusting to day care.
Our 7 month old puppy Maggie has been going to daycare at Dogtopia for about 6 weeks. From day one they have treated her with gentle love and attention. Maggie is always ready to jump out of the car as soon as we pull into the parking place. We have not boarded her yet, but I know when we do decide to leave her overnight, she will be in good hands.

I like everything about Dogtopia! The service is great, the location is convenient, and my dog is well cared for. The same staff members welcome us each time. Most important, my dog loves it! We drive up and her tail starts wagging.
That my dog always gets to play and socialize with other dogs versus being locked in a kennel all day long. I also like that I can see her on webcam!
Great staff! Friendly and answered all my questions in a pleasant manner. The hours are great, love the daycare packages, making it more affordable, therefore able to send the dogs to daycare more. Dogs are well cared for, easy meet and greet meeting and process. I can trust that my puppy is well taken care of.

Friendly staff. Cameras because we are helicopter parents. Other dogs seem to be well-behaved. Open 7 days a week. Early drop off and late pick up.
