Our dog loves going to Dogatopia! From the moment we pull up where we’re greeted with curbside service - we feel that the handlers all care about our safety in this environment we currently live in to all the communication and interactive fun our dog experiences everyday - we’ll never go anywhere else! Each time I called, I was so impressed with the helpfulness and knowledge of whoever I spoke to. It was one of the reasons I decided to visit honestly. I received a lot of help when there was an issue with my webcam account when I dropped off my dog for the first time, so that was also great. And, I loved the report card we received on my dog's first visit!

Very communicative, friendly, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated how you acknowledge right away that my dog, scout, is nervous around new people and everyone did their best to make her feel comfortable!

I like Dogtopia’s convenient location and flexible hours. Their staff are knowledgeable and very personable too. I appreciate the extra care they took during my pups nail trim (he’s nervous and new to spa services). We haven’t used the app yet, but I’m really excited to try it out on our first day of daycare.

Amazing place that catered to my dog as well as the other dogs around and I felt comfortable knowing I could check the Webcam and see her playing with other dogs that matched her energy and behaviors. The prices are affordable and I felt safe knowing that there were trained staffed working with all the dogs.

The teachers at Dogtopia love my pup as much as she loves them. My dog always loves going to see her furry friends and comes home happy & exhausted after a long day of play!

I loved your customer service in general, all the gals I interacted with were so sweet and made me feel so comfortable leaving my dog there for the day. The cameras are a pretty neat feature too, especially for a first timer!

My poor pup has been so bored since COVID started. Without dog parks to play out the energy anymore, we had no idea what to do. Then, we found Dogtopia. Little guy came home from his first day and slept for four hours straight. That never happens with this little guy. I think he had a blast, even though he can’t tell me in words.

I like that I can watch my puppy on camera and check on him. I also LOVE Event Days! (Bacon bubbles, turkey for lunch, splash bash day, etc.) I also like that I was able to send him a peanut butter kong when I forgot to drop off his lunch. And the Spa menu is nice because sometimes I don't have the time to bathe him or trim his nails. And Bravo loves Dogtopia, where he's able to safely play with dogs of similar size. Sometimes he's more excited to see them than he is to see me!
