We loved the quality of care we received during our entire stay at Baylor Frisco. All of the nurses in Labor and Delivery, as well as the Postpartum Unit were so sweet, kind, and helpful. There was a nursery nurse that made an off-handed comment about how they didn't even know why babies were required to get the Hepatitis B vaccine, but she was still nice. Everyone was so professional, especially the custodians, who were so wonderful and made pleasant conversation. The people who took orders for the food, as well as delivering the food and taking the plates, were extremely courteous and thoughtful. The food was top-notch and all of my friends who delivered at other hospitals are jealous of the celebration dinner we received! Overall, we had a really great experience and would definitely deliver here again!

I have used Baylor hospital for my medical needs for quite awhile. As usual, the service was excellent. Kevin from Pre-op was the bomb!! Carol my CRNA and Dr. Beck are also the best!!!
I can’t remember my nurse from endo, but she was also awesome. Terrell the endo tech was funny and accommodating. Although I was asleep within 5 minutes of getting into the room, I had the utmost confidence in my team. It’s why I always pick Baylor Frisco!

The ER doctor saw me at the very end of my ER visit and spent a total of 2 mins with me. A nurse and PA student provided all of my care during my visit. After sharing my diagnosis (kidney stone), the ER doctor didn't tell me what to expect or what to do other than to fill my Rx and make an appointment with a urologist. He didn't answer my question about what care a urologist would provide that was different than what had been received in the ER, to help with my condition.

The staff was absolutely fantastic from the time we entered the building until my procedure was completed and I was wheeled out to the car. Every question was answered and every fear assuaged. I could not possibly reccomend any other surgcial facilty other than Baylor Frisco. We had a two hour drive and I would do it again in an instant to have my procedures done here. Thank you Baylor Frisco for making me feel right at home and VERY well cared for!
