Needed to get a tubeless install done for some new wheels and tires I purchased. During the Covid crisis bike stores have been exceptionally busy, to the point where most don’t even answer calls. Did a google search of bike shops in the Richmond Hill area (where I work) and Evolution Cycles came up in my search with good reviews. I gave the store a call and to my surprise someone actually answered! Spoke to Noah and was told I could bring in the wheels and tires that day. Met Noah at the back of the shop where they have a tent set up for service & small purchases (in store shopping was still restricted). Gave my wheels/tires to Noah and was told it would take a few days due to backlogs in the service department. Got a call less than 48 hours later that my wheels/tires were ready for pick up. Overall I was very happy with the friendly service and relatively quick turnaround considering the circumstances. I plan to upgrade my drivetrain in the near future and will strongly consider going to Evolution Cycles to get the work done once part availability and service times get back to something close to normal.

The service is received from Ricky was nothing short of outstanding. He really took his time, went over everything I could require and gave me time to test ride the bike. I am really grateful for this and would definitely recommend Evolution Cycles in the future.

EXCELLENT customer service! Everyone we spoke with was extremely friendly and made our first bike purchase an enjoyable process. Spoke with and ordered our bike with Mike, and dealing with Ricky made the pickup process a breeze. He also gave some excellent tips and was extremely friendly and reassuring to deal with. In these uncertain times it's easy to distance ourselves and treat each other coldly due to the nature of the world we live in right now, but you guys are a model of what other businesses should strive to be. Will definitely be repeat customers!
