I wish I got the name of the person who helped me... He was great and very knowledgeable. When I ordered the Wahool Kickr Core trainer online Ricky called me the next day to ask me questions about if the trainer will fit my needs and bike. And I had some questions and he answered them for me right away. He said he will update the software and when I went to the store to pay for the trainer and gave them the cassette to install on the trainer as well as assemble the trainer for me. Mike showed me what parts I needed to put on the trainer before I put my bike on the trainer. Everyone there is friendly and the service was fast and efficient. Thanks.
