I have been going to Evolution Cycle for years. They are always great to deal with!!! This trip was a tune up on my 10 year old bike. I asked about buying a new one and they said my bike was still in very good shape and I would be better with a tune up then shelling out a grand for a new one that would have been similar to what I currently have. Honesty is why they are still there!!!! Thank's Mike... ;) Highly recommend Evolution Cycle.

I feel respected and treated as an equal. I’m not talked over, dismissed, or “mansplained” to — instead, the staff listen, answer my questions directly, and make sure I have the information I need. It feels good to walk into a space where I’m seen, heard, and valued as a cyclist, not judged or underestimated. That makes all the difference and keeps me coming back. Also like when I can be in the work area when my bike is having a haul over and helping me to understand how I destroyed my bike again LOL.
