I like that you guys care and take the time to fix bikes and also explain everything. What I dislike is the waiting time but I guess that's just normal during the summer and because you are only the shop around the neighborhood lol. Maybe more technicians during summer time would fix this problem but I know it's not the most cost effective strategy. Overall I suggest this shop to anyone around me.

As always the service is amazing. Evolution cycle and their staff always go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy. Had an issue with my Assos shorts and after calling in and speaking with Mike, he reached out to Assos right away and was able to get a replacement sent under warranty within days. Awesome service and highly reccomend!

I had a Gold Tuneup done on my Giant bike and asked to have the seat adjusted slightly because I keep sliding forward. I took my bike out today for a 2.5 hour ride and it was absolutely excellent! The seat was perfect and the gears changed easily. I don’t live anywhere near Evolution but I’ve brought my bike in twice for a tuneup and so has my husband. Honest and reliable service 👍
