I tried other stores but couldn’t get a rack to fit my bike, you guys had one and were quick to get the job done. I also bought a water bottle and bell. The prices were reasonable and staff was helpful.
EXCELLENT customer service! Everyone we spoke with was extremely friendly and made our first bike purchase an enjoyable process. Spoke with and ordered our bike with Mike, and dealing with Ricky made the pickup process a breeze. He also gave some excellent tips and was extremely friendly and reassuring to deal with. In these uncertain times it's easy to distance ourselves and treat each other coldly due to the nature of the world we live in right now, but you guys are a model of what other businesses should strive to be. Will definitely be repeat customers!
