It was so good to get back to deep water aerobics. After having back surgery it was just what I needed to get back in shape. The teacher was thorough and made the workout fun!

The Middlesex YMCA is the cleanest Y, I have ever been to. The People that work there are incredibly nice and helpful.

What do you like about your Y experience?

I really appreciate the YMCA offering swim lessons at 530- this allows me, as a working parent, time to get to there and change my child in time to swim. My daughter absolutely loved swimming lessons and is so sad they’re over.

Ms. Sophie was wonderful with my kids. Sub instructor Ms. Ash was 10 minutes late for lesson and the lesson was not extended, felt robbed. Overall, it was good swim lessons.

I only use the pool and sauna.
Pool is perfect, sauna needs a heavy cleaning.
