Folks are friendly. The instructors encourage modification if necessary, which is really great in Yoga classes. The instructors also make classes fun.

Love the Women on Weights class with Mica Weaver. She does a great job keeping us motivated and providing us with great exercises every week. She is an asset to the Y.
The Y at Fort Monroe is small and adequately stocked with equipment. Plan to start joining other classes there and at the LaSalle location in the coming months including using the pool at least once a week. Keep up the good work.
