The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Nora at the front desk is as stellar young lady, took great care showing us the facility and explaining all the benefits of joining. The pool is awesome for me as a mobility challenged person! I feel confident entering on the ramp and the handrails are perfect on the ramp as well.

November 1st, 2024 was my first 1 on 1 personal training session with Dana Nay at the Northumberland YMCA and have had a few since. She has been extremely helpful, very friendly and makes me feel welcomed when I walk into the weight room. She has introduced me to some of the other gym members and that all has really helped me continue to show up for myself and feel welcomed.
