Clean and new equipment. Wifi is a bit spotty but that's NNk for you. No pool but it doesn't seem to ever be very full so I'll take it

Very friendly and clean atmosphere. People working here are very courteous and helpful. There e a program for all age groups. This is a wonderful place to go every day of the week.

I mostly go for the pickleball. I haven’t been able
To stay motivated to work out, although I very much want to build some muscle. Part of it I think is that I have a lot of back pain.

The Y has everything I am interested in. Low impact exercises in the pool. Silver sneaker classes and workout equipment that you can use at your own pace.
