We have had our chair lift now for 4 years and I have been pleased with it's durability and ease of use. While the equipment is great, the thing we like about Arrow Lift is the support we have received over the last 4 years. We have a service agreement and the annual inspections, but when we have needed service support, they have been right there to help and solve the problems. However, the best part of Arrow Lift is the people. From sales, to service, to support, we have been impressed with every person from Arrow Lift we have met. They always were polite, kind, thorough and professional. Every person knows how to make you feel like we are all part of a family consisting of providers and users. They all make you feel like they would do anything to help and serve you, with their skills and expertise. Due to an accident, we needed our stair lift installed as soon as possible. From my first conversation, they were very prompt and professional. Nate was our sales consultant. He has been very prompt with any inquiry we had. He wanted to make sure we were satisfied. I believe it was Chris who installed the chair lift. He was right on time and stayed with the installation until it was complete. Both Nate and Chris are great, as well as the woman I spoke with when I first called, I wish I remembered her name. I would highly recommend them!

The Sales representative, Charkie Laundrie, was very informative and answered all my questions. He made us feel that this was an excellent product for us and customized it for my needs.
When Ethan Rocke arrived to install it in just a few days I was to glad. He was very friendly, explained what he was doing and worked very hard and steady. He trained me on using the chair, answered all my questions and left me feeling very confident that I chose the right stairlift.

I talked to four different chair lift companies, and ArrowLift was by far the best, both in product and service.
I was heartsick that I would have to put something utilitarian into my beautiful Victorian house, with its complicated twisting staircase.
This chairlift is so beautiful that it ads to the staircase, with the rails looking like a piece of sclpture chosen to enhance the appearance of the stairwell.
I was very impressed that they were able to measure and manufacture the whole thing so well that it took just a few hours for the instllers to put it in.
