Your service associates are great! My Mother is 89 years old, and the service tech was very patient with her. He took his time to explain things to her and didn't make her feel uncomfortable with the questions she asked!
The whole process from start to finish was flawless. Called for an estimate, had the nicest sales rep meet me at my 92 year old mother's house (who was not happy about this at all!), obtained approval received from family members and installation completed all in less than a week. The installation technician was extremely efficient, adjusted the chair as needed which required some additional work as my mother is only 4'7" and I wanted to make sure her feet touched the ground getting on and off. Immaculate and precise in his workmanship. Stayed with us until my mother was comfortable running it on her own.
Within a day of using it she absolutely loves it and wishes she hadn't been so stubborn for the years that it took me to convince her!
Pricing was very reasonable and the whole family is happy!

The Stannah Siena 600 stair lift is a quality made product. It's sturdy and works effortlessly. The chair is quiet when moving and does its job without struggling. I have the retracting rail and really like the way it moves off the floor to keep anyone from tripping over it. The seat is plenty big and that's a nice plus. Overall, it's a GREAT product and I found out, it is better to buy it early, rather than wait until you really need a stair lift chair. This is what I did. I know one day I will need a stair lift chair every time I travel up or down my stairs, and mine is already installed. Right now I can use my stairs most of the time without using the chair, but later on when my knees say I need the chair all the time, it's already there waiting for me. SPOILER ALERT ... Even though I can still climb the stairs without the chair, I'm starting to use it more often and the reason I do is because, well why not. Using it is easier on my body and it's really fun to ride.
My install technician's name is Chris. He installed the system by himself and it took him around 5 hours to complete the installation. He was very focused and dedicated to what he was doing. He didn't rush any aspect of the install and that I appreciated. He ensured his measurements and alignments were spot-on. He performed calibration alignments to ensure the chair moved smoothly as designed. He did a GREAT job installing the system. It is rock solid on my stairs and there is no instability in the system what-so-ever.
I know the complete system cost a few dollars and I want mine fully operational for many years to come. As I watched Chris do his magic, I noticed the numerous parts, wires, switches and other gadgets he had to deal with during the install. At that time I realized the difficulty I would have trying to maintain or repair the chair system myself. I couldn't do it, not at my age, even though I have a pretty extensive background in electronics. I was thankful a Performance Plan was offered for the stair lift system at a very reasonable price. The plan I bought is the Performance Plus Plan. This plan alone will keep my stair lift system up and running. Now I have ease of mind concerning my stair lift. If something goes wrong, and things do go wrong, my chair will get the repair it needs. Who could ask for anything more?

We really our outdoor Arrow Lift chair. Being elderly, we use it to carry things up and down, like grocery's and other large items, as well as ourselves. It is a life safer!
Dale is great. Service is great (from Dale). BUT< the fact that my elevator stopped three times in the last year is inexcusable.
