I bought a previously own unit [actually 2 for a split entry] and have had issuers only with the unit with a folding track to the lower level as it has to be on the upper part of the track to charge and sometimes we forget to run it back up to charge.
I have been a lifelong tinkered but these a complex units that have a lot of safety feature and without an operations schematic it is hard to do more than basic repairs. The service people are
pleasant and helpful tho. Finally bought the yearly maintenance plan to avoid frustration,

The chair lift is comfortable and reliable. Custom design and manufacturing made it possible to make a 180 degree turn at landing to connect two floors with a landing halfway between the floors. Service contract includes an annual checkup.
The technician, Jacob Coyle, was very professional, thorough and demonstrated the necessary knowledge to complete the work.
