Efficient, professional, and clear communication
Everyone thought I was crazy to get a lift in my home. I have had my elevator for 1 year. It has already been used by my sister, my Mom, and my 87 year old neighbor. Giving them the freedom to be included on all-levels of the house was exactly what I was looking for. The customer service and technicians have been great. Kade, the technician has been out to service it twice, once just after installation and for its yearly maintenance. He is amazing. He listens to my concerns and he is knowledgeable and capable of conducting a thorough inspection.
We purchased an motor/chain elevator and the unit and control system is clean, comfortable, quite and orderly. As expected when purchasing a new product that is built/assembled on site, there were a few issues, but those were mainly handled with adjustments. We have had a sliding door controller and a UPS that needed replacement, but those were handled and covered with the new product service plan. Now that the elevator has part of the home for ~3 years, it 'just runs' and is everything that we expected. I expect the unit will continue to operate without issue for MANY years. When interfacing with the technicians, we have found them to be courteous and proficient at their job.
We know of another household that purchased an elevator from another company and their control system seems less robust as they have had numerous issues. The Arrow Lift elevator changed our lives and we rely on its use daily. It has proven to be the correct decision to go with Arrow Lift.

The stair lifts installed from main floor to basement and main floor to second level has allowed us to live in our story and a half house these past two years even though one, and now two, of us cannot navigate the stairs. The stairs operated reliably except once, when the charging system on the set going up to the bedrooms failed. They were able to provide on-site service within 48 hours. We do contract with them with an annual maintenance service agreement and get an annual maintenance inspection. If there is a failure afterward, they do try to add a discount to the service call.
Your staff is very professional and reliable. We appreciate how well your staff interacts with us…answering any questions we might have as well as providing us input on how to maintain our elevator system.
