Our Arrow Lift started out as a “just-in-case” stair climbing help and has evolved over time to serving both my husband (Parkinson’s) and myself (balance issues). It has allowed us to stay in our home. It is also extremely good looking and fits in perfectly with our MCM architecture.
I have an annual maintenance contract for my older stairway elevator. The Arrow technicians do a fine job of servicing the elevator. I am very pleased that they are willing to work on an elevator as old as the one I have.

The chairlift makes it possible for me to live with my niece on the second floor of her duplex. The lift itself is sturdy, easy to operate, folds up nicely against the wall when not in use, and has remotes to call the chair up or down if used by someone else. The annual service plan is reasonable and much appreciated. I have already recommended your company to others.
I am very satisfied with my lift chair. It has made such a difference in my life. I was being stubborn walking up and down the stairs several times a day. The pain I put myself through was unnecessary. One time I couldn't make it walking up the stairs. I'm disabled with chronic pain and several other illnesses.
So I called Arrow Lift and my husband and I went to look at the models they had. I picked out the one we liked the best and was in our price range.
Installation was fast and professional. If I ever have a problem with the chair, I call and it they come out and fix it.
Everyone who works at Arrow Lift has been great to work with!

The service tech who came to complete an annual inspection and service was very courteous, explained what he was looking for and doing. wore shoe coverings and had a blanket for placing his tools.

Response was quick and scheduling was easy. Thought I had a big problem with my elevator and it turned out to be nothing.
When I need to request a service call the response is always polite and prompt. The service person arrives when expected and always takes the time to answer my questions.
