I was very much impressed with the fast service I got when the stair lift battery failed a 4 pm. Tiffany was understanding, found a repairman at the end of the day, who was willing to come to Stillwater and fix us up. And he was so helpful (sorry, I did not get his name) and willing to stop and get a new battery in, even though he had a long commute home. Your people are wonderful!

The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Very neat, wearing booties to protect the carpet.
The chair lift is very helpful because we are elderly, and stairs are problematic to us. We don't ehave to carry groceries down the stairs ourselves. Just load them on the chair, and send the chair down. We use the chair lift everyday. It is a little difficult to use in winter because of ice buildup of ice on the rail.
Their great work with. Great communication. And a great job of adapting to situations that arise in the field.
The lift is not only practical and easily used, it is very attractive! We have a black rail, which looks perfect in our home.
