The product functions perfectly and the occasional maintenance has been excellent.
This company provided me with a chair lift that takes me up and down three flights of stairs. The installation was perfect without any problems because their representative measured my stairs perfectly. Since installation, they have provided a yearly visit to ensure if there were any minor problems they fixed them. On one of these visits, they determined that the battery should be replaced before it failed before their next visit. This company looks out for there customers and not all companies do that any more.

The service has been excellent. The original installation of both units was very timely, well done, and the techs were very clean.

The lifts also help me manage the house because I can move multiple products up and down the stairs without making multiple trips, saving me a considerable amount of time.

But the main thing is, these lifts have maintained my wife's limited mobility, allowing her to enjoy what our house has to offer, while eliminating a lot of risk. The same is true for my 89 year old mother in law when she is visiting.

I really appreciate Arrow lift. They came and fixed my residential elevator when no one else would even look at it. We have 2 services in our town and both said there were no parts available and wouldn't come. Arrow Lift came and found the problem, got the parts and fixed our elevator. Not sure a 10 rating is enough they deserve more.
