The second tech that came to fix the squeak in our chair lift was knowledgeable and went out of his way to get what was needed to fix the issue. The first tech was obviously new, did not have what was required, and spent most of his time on the phone asking what to do next. The second tech - and techs who have done maintenance previously - have done very good work. The chair itself is still working nicely, many years after purchase, due to the maintenance work each year.

The stairlift was installed at my sister’s townhome. I’ve seen pictures only; but my sister seems very happy with it. She says it’s sturdy, quiet, and doesn’t take an overly long period of time to travel up or down the stairs. She was concerned that it would be extremely slow! lol
