We have enjoyed our Arrow Lift and it has been working like a charm. We have been using it about three times a day for about ten or so days now with no difficulty. I do have a couple questions . First, About half way down you can feel a slight bump that appears to be coming from the rail. Second, is the light on the arm rest an LED bulb, and is it easily replaced if it ever goes out? We love our lift. Loved the features, especially compared to a competitors product that we looked at. Everyone that we worked with (Charlie, Andy, and Logan) was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The fact that our stair lift was installed only 3 business days after Charlie came to our house was AMAZING!!! My wife was at the point where she could barely walk up the stairs. She no longer has to worry about being homebound anymore. I have already recommended someone to your company.
