I bought a previously own unit [actually 2 for a split entry] and have had issuers only with the unit with a folding track to the lower level as it has to be on the upper part of the track to charge and sometimes we forget to run it back up to charge.
I have been a lifelong tinkered but these a complex units that have a lot of safety feature and without an operations schematic it is hard to do more than basic repairs. The service people are

I use my Arrow stair lift for not only getting myself up and down my steep basement stairs but also to move my grocery bags up to my kitchen, my trash bags and recycling down to the basement, and my laundry basket up and down the stairs. It is a good addition to my house.

I love the chair lift I got from you in 2018. I am handicap and live alone and without it I would most likely fall on my stairs. It helps me do my laundry and carry many things up and down the three flours in my house.

The 2 chairlifts I had installed have been so helpful in keeping me in my home. I have not needed to have service calls or repairs. The maintenance check was just completed. The service person was so personable and accommodating. No real service was required so he did clean all the parts. I am very well satisfied with the lifts & thankful I chose to have them installed.
We’ve had a few service calls but usually we are able to schedule service pretty quickly and the techs Joseph and Logan are great.
