The product stocking and variety is not enticing but the personal service is stellar.
My son is new to the biking world and I know pretty much nothing. All of our questions were answered and plenty of time was taken to make sure we knew what we needed. No high pressure and we were never made to feel like a bother. I will definitely recommend to others. Also, I like the dogs.

In the past, as a woman with a bigger body, going into bike shops has been stressful at best, and a downright misogynistic expensive nightmare at worse. On top of this, I know maybe the tip of the iceberg's equivalent when it comes to bike maintenance, so I was nervous that I was going to be talked down to or made to feel like an idiot for not doing something correctly. I am so happy to report that there is none of that at Pocono Bike! Everyone I've encountered on staff seems to just be happy you're on a bike; it really is refreshing to have someone as enthusiastic about your safety and enjoyment as a rider. I'm really thankful that I have a shop like yours in my community and I will gladly recommend your services/products to friends and colleagues. Oh and your dogs are very cute, too!
