The service was great. When I picked up my bike last week I mentioned I was having trouble removing my back tire. Even though he was busy, Danny immediately took the time to show me exactly how to do it and why it was different than my other bike. I then did it myself with him watching and talking me through it. Never rushed. Patience of a saint. I appreciated it very much.
