I spoke with both Chris & Danny on 2 different occasions before I made my purchase of a new bike. Both were friendly, informative and listened closely to what my desires were to riding. Both recommended the same model bike. They were not pushy to sell or try to put me in a more expensive bike for riding. Suggested to test ride before I made my purchase. Giant makes a great bike to begin with, and being a rider with some on and off road experience I knew exactly what I wanted. I went into the store, met Chris, told him what I was looking for and in no time at all he was able to find exactly what I was looking for.
Then I wasn’t thinking and walked out of the store without actually making sure the seat post was the correct height (I was more concerned with the frame). So after a quick ride I went right back in and someone immediately helped me get the seat adjusted.
Excellent experience! A good quality Giant bike and excellent service from both technician/sales folks I worked with! We couldn’t have asked for more.
