My experience at Pocono Bike Co is always pleasant. The owners and staff all work well together and are very welcoming. The staff have also created a local community for all levels of those into mountain and road biking.

This shop also has all the bike essentials you need on hand. If you need any gear that is not on their shelves, they can also help you order it at a fair price.

The way in which I was treated from the first time I walked into the store until I walked out with my new Bike. George went over all of my new equipment and gave me an understanding of what was in front of me. And Dan was laid back and not pushy in any way and went out of his way to ensure I had the right pedals on my bike. And for all of that, I say thank you to both of you guys. Be Blessed.
